| The Fee Slip or In House Routing Slip is the latest of the
EyeCOR programs. The Fee Slip allows you and your staff to record the
Diagnosis and all performed Procedures and ensures that you are coding
properly. This feature both displays and prints a fee slip that
replicates the billing portion of the HCFA 1500 eliminating the need for you
to circle a Diagnosis and Procedures or the need to write in one is it is
not on your pre-printed routing slips. The Fee Slip is an excellent communication tool between the doctor and the rest of the staff - no more trying to decipher hand writing - instantly let your front office staff know if there is a procedure you want to have scheduled in the near future.
