Fee Slip

  The Fee Slip or In House Routing Slip is the latest of the EyeCOR programs.  The Fee Slip allows you and your staff to record the Diagnosis and all performed Procedures and ensures that you are coding properly.  This feature both displays and prints a fee slip that replicates the billing portion of the HCFA 1500 eliminating the need for you to circle Diagnosis and Procedures or the need to write one in if it is not on your pre-printed routing slips.

When the doctor selects a procedure in EyeCOR, they will be automatically notified when coding incorrectly.  For example, if a second Mutually Exclusive procedure is selected, EyeCOR warns the doctor.  The doctor can then choose to reschedule the patient for a follow-up visit.
