Training

We have purposely designed all the modules of EyeCOR to be easy to use and require little or no training.  However, we have had requests from some of our clients to offer training sessions. 

In many cases most of the issues come from integration with other practice management software and various networking issues.  For example, how to use EyeCOR most effectively on a system already running a practice management system or diagnostic instrumentation software. 

There are some cases where we have been asked to provide training for various staff members on how to use EyeCOR in the best manner.

 Live Training Sessions

 We offer live web courses that you and your staff can complete right in your office.  On your computer you can see exactly what your trainer is doing while listening to the instructions on your telephone.  The only requirements for a training session are a computer with high speed Internet DSL or Cable (or a 56k or higher dial-up) access.
Our training specifically is not scripted.  Instead, we go through each aspect of EyeCOR in a step by step basis.  You and your staff are encouraged to ask whatever questions you like.  Our trainers let you and your staff determine the direction, depth and scope of the sessions.

We always allow you to schedule the courses at a time convenient for your practice.
